- Size: measure the room or frame; the centimetre dimensions are the official sizes.
- Delivery and duties: orders ship from Japan with shipping included in the price. Import duties or taxes charged on arrival are paid by the recipient, so let them know.
- Returns: each shikibuton is shipped in hygiene-sealed packaging, and return rights differ by country; in some markets an opened shikibuton cannot be returned for a change of mind. Read the Terms page for the delivery country.
