Delivery

Dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS within 2 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes about 10–14 working days after dispatch. That is Japan Post's standard for this destination, counted from dispatch rather than from your order; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, and customs clearance can add to it. Delivery to the United Kingdom is included in the price. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are paid by the recipient. If you are charged, we contribute £15 towards it — that is the amount we refund, set for this market and reviewed with the price list. Returns
