Shipping

Dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS within 2 business days of your order. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. That is Japan Post's standard for this destination, counted from dispatch rather than from your order; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed date, and customs clearance can add to it. Shipping to Vietnam is included in the price. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are paid by the recipient. If you are charged, we contribute ₫450,000 towards it — that is the amount we refund, set for this market and reviewed with the price list. Returns

Damage in transit, a fault or a wrong item is our responsibility, return shipping included. An unopened order can still be sent back within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by you. Because a shikibuton is personal bedding, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once it has been opened, and we do not offer sleep trials. Full returns policy
