How are OFUTON KOBO and the international store connected?

OFUTON KOBO CO., LTD. manufactures HIMARI and SORA shikibuton in Japan.

KAWAGUCHISEIKEN CO., LTD. operates this international website and is the international seller responsible for payment collection, order management, customer service, returns and refunds. Manufacturing origin and international selling responsibility are separate facts; the official channel and local Terms identify them.

Details to check before choosing

Choose the delivery country first, then confirm the model, offered size, currency and checkout total. Review that country’s delivery and returns terms before opening the package. For invoice requirements or a delivery deadline, contact the international seller before ordering with the destination and the information you need.
