Delivery to Jersey
Dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS within 2 working days of your order. Delivery times vary with the postal route and customs clearance. We send tracking details after dispatch so you can follow your parcel. Delivery to Jersey is included in the price. If import duties or taxes are charged on arrival, we contribute £15 towards those charges.
Returns
Our returns service gives you 14 days after delivery to tell us if you wish to cancel, even if you have opened the packaging. Any longer cancellation period available under applicable law still applies. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage to Japan. We may deduct for any loss in value caused by use beyond reasonable inspection. This service does not restrict your statutory rights. Full returns policy
