Delivery to New Zealand
Dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS within 2 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes about 10–14 working days after dispatch. Delivery to New Zealand is included in the price. If you are charged, we contribute $35 NZD towards it.
Returns
Damage in transit, a fault or a wrong item is our responsibility, return shipping included. An unopened order can still be sent back within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by you. Because a shikibuton is personal bedding, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once it has been opened, and we do not offer sleep trials.
