Delivery to Panama
Orders are dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS. In Panama, EMS offers PO-box delivery or collection at a post office, not delivery to a street address. Provide the full recipient name and complete address, telephone and email. Check the options and cost for your address at checkout. Transit estimates are indicative; customs may add time. Import taxes, duties and clearance fees not collected at checkout are payable by the recipient.
Returns
For cancellation, returns, refunds or a problem with your order, email info@ofutonkobo.com. We will provide instructions for your individual case. For an ordinary return unrelated to a defect or our error, return delivery to Japan is at your cost, subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Full returns policy
