A member of the Operations Team, handling product stock management, sub-material ordering, customer order confirmation and slip issuing. She obtained the Certified Sleep & Bedding Advisor qualification in March 2025 and has worked on improvements to fulfilment and delivery costs.
My everyday responsibilities
In the Operations Team, I manage product stock, order supporting materials, confirm customer orders, prepare delivery slips and get products ready for dispatch. These practical tasks help the workshop run smoothly each day.
A few improvement projects
Alongside my daily work, I have helped improve fulfilment and now work on reducing logistics costs. I look at more compact packing with the representative and logistics team. Reducing delivery costs helps us keep our prices fair for customers.
The qualification of March 2025
I obtained the Certified Sleep & Bedding Advisor qualification in March 2025. Learning more about sleep and bedding materials has helped me give more informed replies to customers.

The first time I used the workshop’s shikibuton after joining, I was moved by the contrast between price and quality — this workshop does not market on price or exaggerate its materials, yet the quality is more solid than imagined. At home I now use the “HIMARI” line. To work alongside a product I love is a rather fortunate thing.
