Dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS within 2 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes about 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to Saudi Arabia is included in the price. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are paid by the recipient.
Returns
Unused items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Tell us by email at info@ofutonkobo.com.
The cost of returning the item to Japan is paid by you.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and put it right with a replacement or refund.
Each shikibuton is compressed and shipped in hygiene-sealed packaging. Please check the size and the visible condition of the package before opening it, and keep the outer carton until you are sure you will keep the product.
