Delivery to Macao
Dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS within 2 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to Macao is included in the price. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are paid by the recipient.
Returns
You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it, even if the packaging has been opened. Tell us by email at info@ofutonkobo.com within those 7 days.
The cost of returning the item to Japan is paid by you. If the product has been used beyond normal inspection (for example, slept on or soiled), we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value.
We refund you within 7 days of receiving your cancellation notice or the returned item.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and put it right with a replacement or refund.
Each shikibuton is compressed and shipped in hygiene-sealed packaging. Please check the size and the visible condition of the package before opening it, and keep the outer carton until you are sure you will keep the product.
