Delivery to Estonia
Dispatched from Japan by Japan Post EMS within 2 working days of your order. Delivery usually takes about 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to Estonia is included in the price. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are paid by the recipient.
Returns
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, even if the packaging has been opened. To cancel, tell us by email at info@ofutonkobo.com within those 14 days; a clear statement is enough. Then send the item back to us in Japan within 14 days of telling us.
The cost of returning the item to Japan is paid by you. A shikibuton weighs approximately 5–8 kg, so international return postage can be significant; contact us for an estimate before you order if this matters to you.
You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that (for example, slept on or soiled), we may deduct an amount that reflects the loss in value.
We refund the price you paid, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you have sent it, whichever is earlier, using your original payment method. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the return shipping and put it right with a replacement or refund.
Each shikibuton is compressed and shipped in hygiene-sealed packaging. Please check the size and the visible condition of the package before opening it, and keep the outer carton until you are sure you will keep the product.
